	POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Complete payment guarantees your spot in classes and workshops. All payments must be received at least 48 hours in advance - Exception : Encaustic Workshops ( see below ) Classes and workshops will only be held if there are two or more students. If a class or workshop is cancelled, amount paid will be credited toward your next class. Discounts are given for advanced payments for a series of 4 classes.

CANCELLATIONS: * If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to class , payment will be forfeited. * If you cancel within 48 hours of class , the amount will be applied to your next class.
ENCAUSTIC WORKSHOPS: 2 days - 6 hours per day - all materials Included Payment in full ( $320.00 ) required 3 weeks prior to scheduled class to reserve spot. If you cancel within a 2 week period prior to class, a refund will be sent minus $100. - or your payment can be applied to the next workshop. If you cancel within 1 week, you will forfeit your payment. If I cancel due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the full amount will be applied to the next scheduled workshop.
