	POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Complete payment guarantees your spot in classes and workshops. All payments must be received at least 48 hours in advance - Exception : Encaustic Workshops ( see below ) Classes and workshops will only be held if there are two or more students. If a class or workshop is cancelled, amount paid will be credited toward your next class.
PRICES: GROUP CLASS; ( 2 hr. class - min. 3 students ) Excluding Encaustic work; One class.............................................................................................$ 45.00 Series ( 4 classes paid in advance ).........................................................$ 160.00 PRIVATE CLASSES ( minimum of 1 or 2 hours - $60 per hr.) Privates require $60. deposit prior to class - balance upon completion of class. * cancellation statement applies
CANCELLATIONS: * If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to class , payment will be forfeited. * If you cancel within 48 hours of class , the amount will be applied to your next class.
ENCAUSTIC WORKSHOPS: 2 days - 6 hours per day - all materials Included Payment in full ( $350.00 ) required 3 weeks prior to scheduled class to reserve spot. Workshops are schedulaed for the 2nd weekend of each month. Please sign up early as classes are full some months aheach of time. Additional dates can be created if necessary. Cash or checks only - made out to Patti Akesson. No tuition redeived will be cashed until AFTER your class is completed. If you cancel within a 2 week period prior to class, a refund will be sent minus $100. - or your payment can be applied to the next workshop. If you cancel within 1 week, you will forfeit your payment. If I cancel due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the full amount will be applied to the next scheduled workshop.
